We process the following personal data about you:

2. For what purposes do we process personal data and what is the reason for the processing?
2.1 Performance of a contract and
associated legal obligations. The reason for processing personal data
is the execution of the purchase contract and the associated obligations (delivery of goods, keeping of
accounting, claims processing or if you exercise your right to
return within the legal deadline). We will process your first and last name, contact details
(residential address and delivery address, email and telephone number), as well as other
billing information. Personal data is processed for the duration of the contract
and then 4 years after that
termination (we have an interest in retaining certain personal data related to the
purchase contract to protect our interests). We have a legal obligation
to archive accounting and tax documents. The retention period for this data can be up to 10
years from the end of the tax period in which the performance took place. If this is
necessary for delivery and payment, the personal data we have collected
will be transmitted to a carrier or a mandated credit institution.
2.2 Payment by card. If you
provide your payment card information, we do not have access to the complete data. We know
just that you pay by card and the card information is processed by the recipients of this data,
who process the payment for us.
2.3 Treatment
of the order. To process your order, we also work with
other service providers (carriers and others), who help us to carry out
concluded contracts. We only transmit your data to these partners for the purpose of respecting
the obligations of the purchase contract.
2.4 Communication with customer service,
complaints or other requests. If you have contacted us, we process your
personal data based on your consent for the purpose of processing your request
or complaint. We may process this personal data about you: surname, first name,
phone number, email, information about your order. Requests and complaints
customer service are regularly deleted, at the latest 4 years after
processing the request or complaint.

Caterers located in the European Union, or in countries which have been
declared and recognized as safe, or in countries with which we have concluded standard contractual clauses
in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR and which provide your personal data
a level of protection comparable to that of the GDPR and Czech laws. All these Caterers are bound by an obligation of confidentiality and
may not use the personal data provided for purposes other than those for which
we have made them available in accordance with these principles.

5. What are your rights?
