  3. Time for processing your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than within 2 business days (48 hours; this period may be extended by days of rest and public holidays commonly observed in the Czech Republic).

Right of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, the last partial delivery, or the last item in the case of a purchase contract concerning several items from a single order, or the delivery of products in several deliveries or items).
  2. Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please inform us via your user account. You may also contact us at the e-mail address info@pelek.fr or telephone number +420 705 724 353. Withdrawal from the purchase contract may be made by any clear statement (for example, by e-mail). For this purpose, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
  3. Address for sending returned goods. The return label is generally available in your user account on pelek.fr.   4. Timely withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal period for the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period for the purchase contract expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

  1. What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund you without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer).
  2. Refund. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
  3. Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before this period expires.
  4. Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 40 EUR excluding shipping costs (i.e., from 40.01 EUR), we will cover the direct return costs. The direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary post are borne by you.
  5. Decrease in the value of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are liable for any decrease in the value of the returned or sent-back goods resulting from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to become familiar with their nature and characteristics. If we receive damaged or incomplete goods, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the extent of the damage, the depreciation of the goods, and establish the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the e-mail address provided.
  6. Impossibility of withdrawing from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
