- Availability of customer support. For our customers, we provide customer support at the phone number and email mentioned above during business days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Processing time for your request or complaint. Your requests will be processed no later than within 2 business days (48 hours, this period may be extended by rest days and public holidays that are common in the Czech Republic).
Right of Withdrawal
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, the last partial delivery, or the last item in the case of a purchase contract concerning multiple items from a single order, or the delivery of products in multiple deliveries or items).
- Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, please inform us via your user account. You can also contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or at the phone number +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made by any clear statement (for example, by email). For this purpose, you can use the attached standard withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory.
- Address for sending returned goods. The return label is generally available in your user account on pelek.eu. If we have not provided a label for the return of goods, please use this address for sending the goods: Principal Elektrik s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov, . Alternatively, please contact us at the email address shop@pelek.eu or at the phone number +420774242766, to ensure your return rights and agree on an individual procedure.
- Timely withdrawal. To comply with the withdrawal period of the purchase contract, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period of the purchase contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract
- What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will refund you without delay, no later than within fourteen days from the date we received your notification of withdrawal from the purchase contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the most advantageous standard delivery we offer).
- Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees due to this refund. We may refuse the refund if we do not receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
- Obligation to return the goods. You must return or hand over the goods without delay, no later than within fourteen days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the expiration of this period.
- Return shipping costs. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK excluding shipping costs (i.e., starting from 990.01 CZK), we will cover the direct return costs. The direct return costs of goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by ordinary postal means, are at your expense.
- Decrease in the value of the goods. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are responsible for the decrease in the value of the returned or sent goods, which results from handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods. If we receive damaged or incomplete goods, we will deduct our claim for compensation from the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the degree of damage, the depreciation of the goods, and establish the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you of these steps at the email address provided.
- Inability to withdraw from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in Article 3.6 of the GTC.
